Axon Data Integrator

Axon Data Integrator(ADI) is a platform used to explore, extract, manage and persist data and metadata among multiple systems in a process oriented manner by allowing users to design the processes as human understandable workflows. It goes beyond the boundaries of plain integration jobs - ensuring the quality of data, synchronization among multiple systems, accelerated data integration for large volumes of information from transactional and operational systems.

Axon Data Integrator provides enterprise class process orchestration services flexible enough to streamline automation jobs. It uses service-oriented architecture to exchange data between different applications as they participate in various business processes. Owing to its architecture, ADI encompasses the most important dimensions of process orchestration –human touch points, process metadata, and business rules.

Data Integration
Axon Data Integrator allows easy exploration and integration of data across enterprise systems such as operational databases, data marts, data warehouses and web services. Integration jobs can be run in prescheduled batches (classical ETL), near real time (higher frequency of polling) or real time by configuring source systems to route changed data capture (CDC) messages into Axon Data Integrator supported messaging standards.

SOA
Axon Data Integrator employs SOA to orchestrate the processes. Organizations employ varied systems and data formats and technology platforms; use of SOA enables Axon Data Integrator to tap into all seemingly disparate systems to retrieve data. Data computations and manipulations can be carried across multiple servers to increase parallelism and utilization of the resources by deploying agents, which are controlled by the Axon Data Integrator.

Message Based
Axon Data Integrator supports event based architecture using message-based integration. It complies with standard messaging systems. Jobs within Axon Data Integrator can subscribe to messages from these destinations. Messages are captured and transformed in real time and then written to the target systems. The messaging model supports transactions to ensure data integrity and message delivery from the source middleware to the target systems.Events generating messages can also be used to trigger processes within workflows.

Process Orchestration
Enables business process modeling and orchestrations across multiple processes in a workflow. These processes can be orchestrated across geographically distinct locations within an organization.
